One breath.
A moment
to pause.

A built-in breath-alcohol sensor is designed to check a breath sample before the box can unlock.

An extra check at the point of access.

02 / VERIFY

Your breath.
Your code.
Together.

A passcode adds a second condition. The concept requires both checks before releasing the lock.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you
take a breath.

Here’s what we know today, and what we’re still working on.

What is BreathylBox?

BreathylBox is a lockbox concept that brings a breath-alcohol check and a passcode together before access. We’re exploring how that extra step could fit into everyday household routines.

Can I buy one right now?

BreathylBox is in development. You can join the early-access list to receive updates and tell us whether you would consider a future pre-order. We aren’t taking payments or promising a delivery date.

How much will it cost?

Our current target retail price is $149. That is a research target, not a confirmed offer. Final pricing, specifications, and delivery details will be shared before orders open.

Does a passed check mean I can drive?

No. BreathylBox does not determine fitness to drive. The animation is a demonstration of the proposed access flow, not a real breath test or a safety assessment.

What about accuracy, power loss, and emergency access?

Sensor performance, calibration, power-loss behavior, and emergency access are still being developed and evaluated. We’ll publish confirmed specifications and limitations as the product progresses.

What can I keep inside?

We’re researching household storage needs, including car keys and other personal items. Final interior dimensions and supported uses aren’t confirmed. The concept render does not establish suitability or certification for storing medication or firearms.

Is joining the waitlist a purchase commitment?

No. Joining is free, and no payment details are collected. You can stop receiving updates by emailing seanshort@breathylbox.com.
